About Dan

Born in Seattle and having spent many memorable summers with extended family all over Western Washington taught Dan Cooley to truly love and enjoy all there is to offer in our beautiful region. From well-planned backpacking to spur-of-the-moment overnight truck camping on the coastal Pacific Ocean to the majestic mountains above, Dan still thoroughly enjoys and appreciates what makes it so special to call this place our home. He is also a voracious reader, home chef and an avid classic car and boat enthusiast.

Following college, Dan enjoyed an exciting career in film and video production. Which he then merged into the tech world that was soundly on its way up in the area. With a lifelong love of the water, he not only did much of his filming on or around the water, but also lived aboard classic boats as well. Combining his attention to detail in restoring classic vessels and cars with years of working in home remodel and the maritime industry has taught him to trust his critical eye. Having also been an owner in a physical therapy practice brought him a true understanding and compassion for the lives and personal decisions of others. He brings that compassion and understanding to Real Estate to assist in the detail and decisions that must be made to make that house your home or when it’s time to let it go. With a wide-ranging background in everything from technology to the fine details of custom building and very personal patient relations, Real Estate is a natural progression for Dan.
